Exceptional Kids will be providing activities in conjunction with the first annual Challenge Air event to be held at Centennial Airport on Saturday May 22nd from 9-4. The event features free 30 minute airplane rides over the Denver area, a free lunch, and other exciting aviation activities. Lost in Space
We may be lost in space, but we certainly made the best of a bad situation and had a great time exploring another universe.
Tropical Luau
We forgot about the snow and put on our shorts and flip-flops so we could enjoy the Tropical Luau at the Exceptional Kids club. We made some glittery sea shells and a Hawaiian Seascape. We also played pineapple bowling and a shell memory game along with some fun group games. Our snacks had a yummy tropical taste as well.
We started attending the Exceptional Kids club several years ago and we have had a great time. My son has gained new friends and also has been able to work on his social skills in a very supportive environment. He looks forward to the different monthly themes. The volunteers are really supportive and fun as well.
